This Order Commitment Form (“Form”) is to be completed by a financial institution or corporate (the “Institution”) for the purpose Bid/Offer Registration on Liquidity Management Centre’s corporate website.

Failure to supply a duly completed and authorised Form to Liquidity Management Centre (“LMC”) will result in LMC not posting the applicable Bid/Offer details submitted by the Institution.

1. The Institution confirms that all information submitted and to be posted is true and correct and reflects accurate Bid/Offer Particulars.

2. The Institution will notify LMC of any changes applicable to the submitted Bid/Offer Particulars immediately.

3. The Institution confirms that during the validity of the Bid/Offer (as applicable) it will execute the indicated trade if LMC is able to find a suitable counterparty.

4. This Bid/Offer Registration service is for display and information purposes only and LMC shall not be liable to the Institution or to any other third party in any event for any loss or damage whatsoever that may occur as a result of posting submitted information on its website.

5. LMC will display the Bid/Offer Particulars on its website until the specified bid/offer expiry date (if any) or until otherwise notified in writing by the Institution.

6. This Form is subject to Bahrain Law.
